Brown Barnes

Brown Barnes is JMA winner for “Song of the Year” hailing from south Alabama, made up of husband and wife singer/ songwriter/ and musicians, Buddy Barnes and Brooke Brown. Together they bring a poetic songwriting voice that blends the many styles of music they grew up listening to from classic, southern, and psychedelic  rock to country and a little bluegrass for good measure. Their styles and talent brought together create an incredible team and they are excited to be working on several projects, planning to release more records together in 2025.
